Purpose
Blessings and Success International Ministries is a deliverance ministry that provides a Biblical and Holistic approach to health and healing through innovative workshops and counseling services. We operate through a Biblical based belief system that incorporates Spiritual Warfare and Prophecy to heal the whole person. All teaching and healing is in accordance with sound Biblical Doctrine. Our purpose is to take God's Word to the four corners of the world, stand in the gap, repair the breaches, reach the lost and shunned, and bring healing and deliverance to the world in tangible way.

Name
Blessings and Success International Ministries was given its name based on Word from God promising "that people shall receive Blessings and in addition Success."

History
Blessings and Success Ministries began with a word from the Lord in 1995 on a revival trip to Ruston, Louisiana. The Lord spoke to Prophetess Cheryl Hopkins to start a ministry in the South. Like many, she struggled with the calling and like Moses said, "Please send someone else." She kept try to run away and found out that God was too wide and she couldn't get around Him, He was too high and she couldn't get over Him, Prophetess Cheryl Hopkins had to just walk through the door and say, "Not my will but your will be done." Prophetess Cheryl Hopkins then began to share the vision with her family and the Lord began to speak to their hearts and everyone joined in agreement to do what God asked them to do.
The Hopkins family began the ministry in their hometown of Detroit, Michigan through weekly radio broadcasts, tent revivals, and their first "Save Our Streets Campaign." The "Save Our Streets Campaign," was a spiritual protest to take back the gang infested neighborhoods of Detroit through prayer and deliverance. During this time Prophetess Cheryl Hopkins furthered the ministry’s work as a traveling Evangelist.
In 1997, with no money the Hopkins family made a leap of faith and answered God's request to go and serve the people of Ruston, Louisiana through deliverance. Continuing the work they started in Detroit the family started another "Save Our Streets Campaign." This campaign gained local television and newspaper coverage and even initiated a Prayer Breakfast with the Mayor of Ruston and local city officials. Blessings and Success Ministries made a big impact in cleaning up the Clinton Circle Housing Authority Complex and surrounding areas from gang and riot violence.
Following a family emergency, the Hopkins family returned to Detroit and started to solidify the ministry by reaching out and changing in the most dangerous areas of Detroit. While networking with local churches Blessings and Success Ministries became known for its impact on the hopeless including gang members, prostitutes, and substance abusers. The Ministry also became a powerful resource for local churches to identify and cleanse spiritual hindrances and become what they were meant to be.
In 2007, Blessings and Success Ministries made another faith move and followed God to Houston, Texas to begin a great deliverance movement and ministry in this city. After successfully reaching out and hosting revivals and prayer breakfasts, God expanded the ministry and renamed it “Blessing and Success International Ministries.” This is to be a safe haven for all people of all nationalities to be set free and blessed.
